  3. To maintain credit profile so that they can avail loans from the banks easily.The officer has to be watchful in this role since most of the agriculture loans and loans to associated sectors turn into NPA very soon if you do not observe them appropriately. He has to regularly visit the loan taker and examine their capacity to pay back the loan.
  4. To maintain the books of loan takers and sending them timely reminders to pay back. They have to visit customers and ask them to pay their dues. But if they fail to do so then one has to follow the alternative options. The officer has a power to auction the mortgaged property of the customers to recover the loan.
  5. To maintain good public relationship using different methods to attract them. They need more knowledge and awareness as they are not well educated. Attractive terms and awareness programs such as loan mela is organized to make them knows the various schemes of bank loans and how to avail them. This exercise helps them to make workable relationship between the public and bank.
  6. To evaluate the annual profits and balance sheet of bank. He has to maintain audit report for the financial year and compare it with the last year to make the progress report of the particular year. 7.To Prepare Bank reports and discuss it with higher authorities. The officer of the bank needs to prepare a report of various banking activities and share it with seniors for further modifications if any. To provide different information to the higher authorities regarding the local financial conditions and the facilities required to them.
  7. To implement various financial schemes to encourage the bank facilities amongst the villagers. There is a dire need to maintain such schemes to uplift the rural area and their living standards.
